Kalya Herbals & Cosmetics LLP is a pioneering Indian startup based in Guruvayur, Kerala, committed to transforming the beauty and personal care industry by crafting products from sacred temple remnants. Founded in 2023 by Lasina Rameth, who comes from a family with a rich ancestral background in traditional medicine, Kalya is celebrated as the world’s first-ever startup initiative to launch an exclusive luxury cosmetic and personal care brand from temple remnants under the brand name "Kalyaneeyam."
Starting as a home-based concept in 2018 and officially registered in 2023, our startup incorporates ancient traditional knowledge into its products, most of which are handcrafted in our signature style. We aim to revive ancient sacred traditions in every product, showcasing Indian wisdom in the global cosmetic market.

Lasina Rameth's passion for cosmetic personal care and handcrafted eco-friendly products led her to start a home-based business in 2018.
After five years of research and experience, she officially registered the Indian startup in 2023.
Her vision was to create a line of products that honor
tradition and promote sustainable and eco-spiritual consumerism.
Kalyaneeyam products are crafted from temple puja remnants, which, unlike ordinary waste, are considered divine and pure even after their ritual use. This innovative project forms the foundation of our startup. We plan to introduce over 150 product ranges, including beauty, cosmetic, personal care, home care, divine and puja products, aromatherapy items, and art & crafts. Our Indian startup utilizes ancient traditional knowledge in every product, avoiding toxic chemicals and prioritizing handcrafted techniques. This commitment supports women's empowerment and promotes a sustainable lifestyle inspired by the ancient Siddha way of life.
Vision
Kalya Herbals & Cosmetics is launching its pilot products at the famous Guruvayur Sreekrishna Temple in Kerala as part of the Temple Eco Revival Project (#TERP) in association with IPride ERD, an eco-social startup. We soon plan to expand to other famous temples across India. We are excited to offer our products in four segments: platinum, premium, luxury, and corporate gift ranges. Our goal is to explore eco-spiritual consumerism and contribute to the growth of spiritual tourism, eco-tourism, and industrial tourism. We believe in creating products that enhance well-being while respecting our planet and its sacred traditions.
